The JC PERREAULT group wished to provide athletic and cultural facilities to the young people of the region. For this purpose, Lainco was called in as designer-builder of the project’s steel structure.

Working with the architect and contractor, we created this 98,000 sq. ft. complex that features our HIGHRIDGE SYSTEMS™ metal roof concept within the amphitheater. This offers a great deal of clearance and an unobstructed view. Lainco participated in the integrated design of the buildings, particularly in the layout of the premises and the configuration of the bleachers, as well as in the choice of the various structural and architectural components.

The complex consists of two NHL-sized ice rinks with seating for 1350 in bleachers that can be converted into a 3000-seat amphitheatre.

In addition, there is an indoor running track, a restaurant, a bar, 3 multi-purpose rooms, a ticketing office, 2 VIP boxes, 3 private artists’ boxes as well as a common lounge, a medical clinic, a sports performance development academy, various locker rooms for spectators, players and referees, a boutique and a study room for youth. In addition, there are four outdoor DEK Hockey surfaces.
