Lainco was awarded the mandate for the design-build of the steel structure of Soprema’s Drummondville plant in a private turnkey tender won by its partner RONAM. This LEED Silver certified project was completed on an accelerated schedule.
It was a polyiso-cyanurate insulation panel plant located in Drummondville. This 247,500 sq. ft. (23,000m2) facility includes a production line as well as office space and a warehouse. The space was designed to optimize the working environment for employees and to make daily life easier for all users.
